Date: Monday, February 22, 2010 Time: 11:00 AM CST, 17:00 GMT Socializing can be tough in unfamiliar settings, be it at a party or get-together, work-related conference or meeting, or just mingling with others when venturing out somewhere new. So how do you grab the attention of the group? How do you meet people and become included? Does nonverbal communication and body language impact participation? Are you comfortable with table etiquette when dining out? Join us as we share strategies and techniques for “being a part of it all.”
Presenters Doug Anzlovar, Patti Jacobson and Sue Melrose, all Hadley School faculty and lifelong ”socializers,” will offer some solutions. This hour-long seminar will be moderated by Hadley Senior Vice President Dawn Turco. Time will be provided for sharing ideas and Q&A.
