Personal Touch Video

“Personal Touch: Braille for Lifelong Enrichment" is a 32-minute video that demonstrates the ways in which braille enhances the lives of visually impaired individuals. It shows braille users from age three to 75 engaging in activities such as woodworking, cooking, reading music and game playing. Includes a brochure listing sources for braille books and braillewriters.

Braille Symbols Reference Booklet

This spiral bound print document combines all of the most widely used braille symbols into one ready reference. It displays the print symbols, simbraille symbols and dot numbers of the braille alphabet; all of the braille contractions; literary and Nemeth numbers; English composition and punctuation signs; Spanish accented letters and punctuation signs; and computer braille code numbers, indicators and symbols. In addition, a dot number sequence of the English braille contractions and symbols, which includes the keyboard and ASC II symbols, is included specifically for braille transcribers.
